INCUBATION TANK
In this Incubation Tank, the milk at 42 degree is mixed with dahi culture so that dahi is formed. Firstly, hot water flows which maintains the temp. at 42 degree celcius. The outer jacket has insulation to prevent heat loss. The tank is provided with slow speed agitator for steady mixing of milk and culture.
